Incandescent Applications:
• Bus (1968-71): Tail light (1 required per side)
• Bus (1972-79): Tail light (2 required per side). Also requires one (1)
• Vanagon (1980-91): Brake light, reverse light, and rear turn signal (3 required per side). 
• Eurovan (1993-03): Tail light (2 required per side). Tail light also requires one (1) .
